BAC Carol Service

For those who weren't at the Carol Service last Sunday, you missed a great night! Fortunately the entire service is on CD for Sharmini who is in PNG, so if anyone would like a copy please let me know. Merry Christmas to all, and on a personal note; thanks to everyone at BAC, especially the Young Adults group for making me feel welcome over the past year.. you guys are the best!

Here are a few links to some of the performances from Sunday night.  Good luck to those singing/playing at the Christmas Eve Services, I'll be thinking of you!

Christmas can change the world!

The story of Christ's birth is a story of promise, hope, and a revolutionary love.

So, what happened? What was once a time to celebrate the birth of a savior has somehow turned into a season of stress, traffic jams, and shopping lists.

And when it's all over, many of us are left with presents to return, looming debt that will take months to pay off, and this empty feeling of missed purpose. Is this what we really want out of Christmas?

What if Christmas became a world-changing event again?

PNG

In theory, I will have email access as usual. I love theories.
Also, I have a blog (!) that I occasionally update - especially for those of you with culinary expertise who might be able to enter my 'Iron Stomach Chef' competition!

Don't forget your homework!

Just a friendly reminder if anyone happens to check this, ever!
Have a think about what God has gifted you to do, and how you can use that to serve God in the world.
Think about your:
Strengths
Topics
Optimal conditions
Relationships
YES! - what makes you feel like you know you've done the right thing?

All the best - I'll be praying.

Oh, and I stil have some buttons left over if anyone needs them.
